 GENERAL INFORMATIONS

With 20 years experience in waste plastic recycle process, GRNWE has been corresponding knife rest and specific scheme to dispose all kinds of plastic such as the usual hollow plastic bottle (PET plastic bottle, HDPE plastic pots), high toughness and twining plastic film (LLDPT film, agriculture film, PP woven bag and so on), high hardness and high abrasion resistant plastic (ABS/PS plastic alloy, industrial grade PA nylon material and so on), long tube stock/square card board (HDPE natural gas thick pipe, PVC sewer pipe, PP card board and so on).

Every crushing machine is equipped with automatic skip scale hydraulic device so that the razor blades could work efficiently and safely. The special type model is equipped with automatic screen pack exchanger so that it’s convenient for cleaning and changing the screen.

GRNWE offer forced feeding system. It is used for dealing with strong elastic material.

GRNWE machine cavity adopt grease sealing to isolated water to ensure sewage will not exosmosing, which guarantees the best working environment for bearings.

The bearing pedestal is separated into two-pieces unit for handy maintaining.
